Tim Lichtenstein is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of industry experience spanning brokerage, development, appraisal, and construction. As a member of the NAI READY team, Tim brings a powerful combination of property valuation expertise, strategic site insight, and investment analysis to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions with clarity and confidence.

Tim has built a diverse career in commercial real estate, holding key roles across brokerage, retail leasing, commercial appraisal, and development management. His background includes leadership and production roles at NAI Piedmont Triad, Linville Team Partners, Glenwood Development Company, and Gen3 Energy Services, as well as founding and operating Advantage Companies, where he served as Broker-in-Charge and construction qualifier. Prior to his transition into real estate, Tim spent nearly a decade in the financial markets as a licensed equity trader and stockbroker on Wall Street and in Jersey City.

He holds a B.A. in Banking, Corporate Finance & Securities Law from Seton Hall University, and has earned several professional licenses and designations including CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), North Carolina General Contractor License, and Appraisal Trainee Licensing. His experience in property underwriting, site strategy, and infrastructure analysis makes him an invaluable asset to clients looking to align real estate with business performance.

Tim is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, NC Association of Realtors, CCIM Institute, and the Winston-Salem Regional Association of Realtors. He previously served as Treasurer for the North Florida CCIM Chapter, and volunteers as a drummer for the Piedmont Preservation Blues Society. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four sons, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, and restoring antique diesel tractors.
