WHO WE ARE

Robb McCarter has been with NAI Columbia since 2017. As the Director of Research, Robb works closely with our broker specialists and research/marketing team to conduct market research and leverage NAI Columbia’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and drone/360 camera technologies to support the firm with a variety of projects. He uses the drone/360 camera to capture a different perspective of a property listing to best showcase all of its offerings to prospect buyers/tenants. He tracks market activity to demonstrate real estate trends and provide insight, client support, and internal analysis. Robb’s focus covers much of the state, in particular central South Carolina.

Background & Experience:

• Prior to joining NAI Columbia, Robb was a Business Services Analyst for Lexington Medical Center.

Education:

• University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Marketing
