Megan partners with brokerage teams and the property management division to create proposals, custom reports, investment packages, offering memorandums, and other marketing materials tailored to promote the firm’s mission, win business, and increase market share. In addition to implementing marketing strategies based on analysis of commercial real estate trends, Megan works with local publications to promote the firm and its vision by providing unique content creation, advertising design, press releases, and transaction reports.
Collaborating with the leadership team, Megan directs in-house culture-building initiatives, plans both internal and external events, and is involved in fostering the firm’s outreach with different organizations within the community. She spearheads large-scale marketing campaigns for sizeable industrial parks from inception to completion and ensures that no detail is overlooked. Megan also manages the firm’s website and social media across all platforms and divisions and assists with new employee onboarding and design training.
