Prior to joining NAI Piedmont Triad, Jamie spent thirteen years performing business development for geotechnical and civil engineering firms and brings with her an in-depth knowledge of the due diligence process as well as site conditions affecting project design and costs. She previously procured business opportunities for the firms she represented within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, and has experience working with owners and developers across the retail, multifamily, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

Jamie currently focuses on site relocation for manufacturers, where she evaluates supply chain and logistics networks and examines other variables, project drivers, and risk mitigation factors that ultimately create the strategy for a successful project. These clients include domestic and global companies within the advanced manufacturing, automotive and consumer goods sectors. Additionally, she assists clients with flex/industrial leasing and investment sales, to include sale-leasebacks of existing manufacturing plants.
