Prior to joining NAI READY, Jamie spent thirteen years performing business development for geotechnical and civil engineering firms and brings with her an in-depth knowledge of the due diligence process as well as site conditions affecting project design and costs. She previously procured business opportunities for the firms she represented within the Washington, DC metropolitan area, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, and has experience working with owners and developers across the retail, multifamily, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

Jamie currently focuses on site relocation for manufacturers, where she evaluates supply chain and logistics networks and examines other variables, project drivers, and risk mitigation factors that ultimately create the strategy for a successful project. These clients include domestic and global companies within the advanced manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, and food and beverage sectors. Additionally, she works alongside economic development managers throughout the Southeast Region on identifying prime industrial sites and developing industrial parks within their communities.  She also represents developers and investors on leasing and investment sales throughout North Carolina.
